摘要：当今社会日新月异，竞争激烈，给人们的生活家庭各方面都带来了很多心理压力，很多人会陷入职业倦怠的状态。教师作为一个典型的助人职业，职业倦怠的高发人群，指教师对于工作中不能顺利应对的问题，和在长期压力体验下所产生的极端反应。幼儿教师也与其他教师不同，他们面对的是处在萌芽期的幼儿，需要付出比其他教师更多的精力，更容易产生职业倦怠。因此揭示影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的因素，有针对性地采取应对措施，是当务之急。本论文对周口市K幼儿园的50名教师进行调查，研究其职业倦怠的影响因素并作分析，发现待遇过低，合法权益得不到保障；工作任务繁重，精神压力巨大；幼儿教师的专业发展需要得不到满足；社会支持力度不强，认可度可尊重度不够是引起职业倦怠的主要因素，根据结果提出缓解策略有政府应加大扶持力度，提高幼儿教师的工资待遇；幼儿园要科学管理，加强人文关怀；及时满足幼儿教师的专业发展；政府应加大扶持力度，建构合理有效的社会支持体系。82180
