摘要：农村资源丰富，易于开发，本研究以自然资源为对象，采用文献法、观察法和访谈法对A幼儿园自然资源开发和利用存在的问题及对策进行研究，旨在完善农村自然资源开发和利用的现状。研究中发现影响开发和利用的因素有：教师低估幼儿的能力；教师按难易程度决定开发和利用；教师过于考虑幼儿的安全；园长对自然资源的开发和利用不够重视；家长不积极配合教师工作；并提出以下建议：教师认可幼儿的能力，引导幼儿自己动手动脑；改变开发和利用态度，灵活运用各种自然资源；培养幼儿的自我保护意识，制定合理的常规要求；园长营造一种支持开发和利用的良好环境；家长积极参与开发和利用，主动配合教师工作。83024

Problems and Countermeasures of the Development and Utilization of Natural resources in Rural Kindergartens

——Take A Kindergarten in Yongcheng City as an Example

    Abstract: Resource in rural area is rich and easy to develop, this study see natural resources as the object and use the method of literature, observation and interview to research the problems and Countermeasures of natural resources and status of utilization in A kindergarten, to perfect the status of the development and utilization of rural natural resources。 Factors influencing the development and utilization during the study is that: teachers underestimate children's ability; the teacher consider the children's safety too much; teachers judge the degree of development and utilization of species depends on the level of difficulty; directors do not pay enough attention to the development and utilization of natural resources ;  parents do not take the initiative to cooperate with the work of teachers;  and put forward the following suggestions: teachers enhance the trust to children, guide children to use their own hands and brain; change attitude to the development and utilization , flexibly with various natural resources and develop; children's awareness of self-protection, formulate reasonable general requirements; the principal of kindergarten create good environment to support the development and utilization; parents participate in the development and utilization actively, cooperate with the teachers actively。
