摘 要:学前教育是教育活动的最初阶段,是人生第一个教育阶段,在认识能力的发展中具有十分重要的奠基性作用。近年来,我国大力发展农村学前教育,但当前我国农村学前教育仍然是整个教育体系最薄弱的环节,农村幼教师资队伍存在着一系列的问题。为说明农村学前教育师资现状,本文以周口市T县幼儿师资队伍为对象,通过问卷调查法和访谈法,从师资状况、教师待遇、教师培训情况等多个角度展开调查。在分析其师资现状及形成原因后,提出合理、有效的建议:政府和教育部门加强管理和指导;提高农村幼儿教师待遇,保障其合法权益;加强教师在职培训,提高师资质量。83115

Investigation of Current Rural Preschool Education Teachers
---illustrated by the case of T Country of Zhoukou City
Abstract: Preschool education is the initial stage of the education activity, is the first stage of education, and plays a very important role in founding the development of cognitive ability。 In recent years, China develops the rural Preschool education vigorously, but the current rural preschool education in China is still the most weak link in the whole education system, the rural preschool education team exists a series of problems。 To illustrate the status of rural pre-school teachers,I take preschool teachers in T County of Zhoukou City as an object, and expand survey from various angles including the status of teachers, benefits for teachers, the training of teachers and so on。 I got this result through questionnaires and interviews。 After analyzing the current situation and the causes of its faculty, I give reasonable and effective recommendations: governments and education departments should strength the management and guidance; improve the rural preschool teachers treatment, protect their legitimate rights and interests; strength teachers' in-service training, improve the quality of teachers。

农村学前教育师资现状研究
——以周口市T县为例
作为人生成长的奠基性教育,学前教育决定人的成长轨迹。人发展的一生犹如建设高楼,地基对于高楼来说有多重要?这样就不言而喻了。2010年,我国在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中特别强调:“要重点发展农村学前教育”;《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》中也指出:“应努力扩大农村学前教育资源。各地政府和教育部门机构要把发展学前教育作为社会zhuyi新农村建设的重要内容,将幼儿园作为新农村公共服务设施,统一规划,优化建设,加快发展”。国家颁布的一系列学前教育相关政策和文件,都说明我国对农村学前教育事业的发展非常重视。[1] 农村学前教育师资现状研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_97777.html
