摘要随着十八大对经济发展和进出口贸易的新指示和要求，产业结构这一产业经济学中的热点研究问题再次被推到了风口浪尖；而关于对外贸易结构与产业结构之间的相互影响性内在关系研究则显得尤为重要。因为一国或地区的产业竞争力及其所处国际分工地位由对外贸易结构充分反映，对该国或地区的经济实力和发展水平产生实质性影响的是产业结构变化，同时两者联系紧密且相互影响。
江苏省作为我国对外贸易发展大省，在全球化日益深入和国家经济发展新政策指导的今天，在更深层次、更广领域参与国际分工已成为必然，其在对外贸易结构调整和产业结构升级的上发展策略对经济的健康有序发展至关重要。因此，在此时对江苏省对外贸易结构与产业结构的关系进行研究，具有很大的理论性指导意义与现实性针对意义。
本文以江苏省实际情况为背景，以对外贸易结构理论、产业结构理论和比较优势理论为基础，运用计量经济学相关性分析对江苏对外贸易结构与产业结构的关系进行分析研究。最后，针对当前发展问题提出了相关解决方法与建议。19381

Title Research on the relationship between trade structure and industrial structure in Jiangsu province
Abstract
The industrial structure, which is one of the hot research problems in industry economics, was again pushed to the forefront with the new instructions and requirements of economic growth and import & export trade proposed on the 18th CPC National Congress; and the research on mutual influence of the dialectical relationship between the structure of foreign trade and industrial structure is particularly important. Because the structure of foreign trade fully reflect the industry competitiveness and the international pision of labor status of one country or region, the adjustment of industrial structure change is more directly to have a material impact on the country or region’s economic strength and development level, and both of them contact and influence each other closely at the same time.
The participation in deeper and broader field of international pision of labor for Jiangsu, which is a big province of foreign trade development in our country, has become inevitable in the increasing globalization and guidance of national economic development new policy today. Its development strategy of foreign trade structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure is very important to the healthy and orderly development of the economy. Therefore, the research on the relationship between the foreign trade structure and industrial structure of Jiangsu Province at this time, has great meaning of theoretical significance and practical significance.
This article use econometrics correlation analysis to analysis the relationship between foreign trade structure and industrial structure of Jiangsu Province, based on the actual situation of Jiangsu Province as the background, theory of foreign trade structure, industrial structure theory and comparative advantage theory as a foundation. Finally, solutions and suggestions related the current development issues are put forward.
