摘要：“世界经济全球化和经济区域集团化都是当今经济发展的两大趋势。经济区域集团化是经济全球化的产物，经济区域集团化的发展推动世界经济的全球化。”  我国成为世贸组织的一员后，国内经济也大步与世界经济接轨，尤其是新疆棉花的进出口贸易。新疆作为中国最大的棉花产区和商品棉出口地，对其棉花进出口贸易的促进及对新疆经济发展有影响深远。其一，新疆经济发展的支柱型产业棉花产业，为疆内GDP的增长和人民生活水平的提升提供强有力的推动作用；其二，棉花的进出口贸易能提高农民收入，解决民生问题，促进经济的稳定有序发展。同时经济全球化也是一把 “双刃剑”，虽然促进棉花进出口贸易不断发展，但也阻碍了新疆棉花进出口贸易在国际市场上的发展地位。所以，为了使得新疆棉花进出口贸易能在国际市场上占据一定优势，本文旨在通过深入调查新疆省棉花主产区，对新疆棉花进出口行业现状、棉花的一些进出口国家和棉花进出口影响因素等问题进行深入发掘与剖析，以求及时发现问题，继而给出相应的对策。70956
