入世对外贸易简要总结与未来展望

摘要自1986年7月11日提出复关申请，经过15年漫长的艰辛谈判和两代领导人的努力，中国终于于2001 年成功加入世界贸易组织，这是改变全球经贸格局的一件大事。在国内有人欢呼雀跃，也有人忧心忡忡，各有各的原因和感受。欢呼者以为“入世”便进了保险箱，不再有贸易争端的困扰，忧心忡忡者认为强大的跨国公司将横扫整个中国产业，民族工业将遭灭顶之灾。两种倾向都有偏颇，机遇与挑战并存才是我们面对的现实情况。本文在参考查阅“入世”10年中国对外贸易领域取得的成就的基础上，借鉴相关的研究成果，对我国对外贸易取得的成就做出了总结及原因分析，并对WTO背景下我国社会及对外贸易的发展提出了相关政策建议。10713

Title Accession to the WTO 10 years of foreign trade:
A brief summary and future prospects
Abstract
After 15 years' tough negotiations and great effort made by government leaders of two generations since the first application in July 11, 1986, China finally entered the World Trade Organization in 2001. This is a big event which could change the global economic and trade pattern, and inevitably, it caused various responses within our nation. People who cheer about the progress regard the entry into WTO as being put in a safe, which means it would sweep all the troubles of trade disputes. Those who have shown worry stand on the ground that the national industry may suffer a giant loss due to the entry of powerful international enterprises. The two tendencies are both of sense but biased, because both chances and challenges are the reality we face. This article will make a summary and reason analysis of the ten years' achievements that China have made in foreign trade, based on related reports and researches. And also, some policy recommendations will be proposed concerning the foreign trade development under the WTO background.
