摘 要：产业转移是社会发展的必经之路，产业转移的同时也给当地社会环境带来了十分重要的影响，因此，产业转移与生态文明建设两手抓就 显得十分重要、迫切。本文确定将研究生态文明下的江苏产业转移的课题。首先在结合江苏产业转移与生态文明现状进行阐述，并搜集各类江苏省2005到2013的有关数据进行研究分析，其次通过文献研究、案例分析的方法，研究生态文明下的产业转移出现的问题、出现问题的原因，最后结合江苏产业转移和生态文明建设的具体情况对上述存在的问题逐一给出相应的对策。56118

Abstract：Industrial transfer is the only way that social development must pass. However, the industrial transfer also affects local social environment seriously. Therefore, It seems much more significant and urgent to attach sufficient importance to both the industrial transfer and the construction of ecology civilization. The thesis determines that the subject is a research of the industrial transfer and the construction of ecology civilization of Jiangsu. Firstly, the thesis sums up the present situation of the industrial and the ecology civilization of Jiangsu. And there is an analysis of various relevant data from 2005 to 2013 of Jiangsu. Moreover, it studies the problems and causes of the problems of the industrial transfer under the condition of ecology civilization by documentary research and case study. Finally, contacting with the specific circumstances of the industrial transfer and the ecology civilization of Jiangsu, the thesis gives the corresponding solutions to the above problems one by one.

1 引言
产业转移关乎着转出地与转入地的经济发展，生态文明建设关乎着地区经济能否持续、健康的发展。产业转移是一种协调江苏经济协调发展的重要手段。苏南经济亟待转型、升级，苏北经济也急需快速的提高。通过承接苏南产业，缩小南北差距，对苏北来说，无疑是一条捷径。苏南虽然由于经济的快速发展导致环境污染问题比较的严重，但各项生态指标能够逐年的向好、环境得到很大改善。相比苏南地区，苏北地区由于经济实力较为薄弱，只能选择引进高污染、高耗能的项目，所以苏北地区生态环境建设远落后于苏南地区。 生态文明建设背景下的江苏产业转移:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_60559.html
