摘要：发达国家已经不是中国对外贸易摩擦的主体了，转变成了发展中国家。全球贸易自由化的发展特别迅速，伴随我国经济迅速发展和出口贸易的迅速增长，我国已连续16年成为外国贸易摩擦的第一目标，现今已经有超过40个国家向我国发起了反倾销调查，在这其中印度是对我国发起反倾销调查第一名的国家，印度也是对我国反倾销的实施最最成功的国家。印度与我国是毗邻国，他们都属于世界最大的两个发展中国家且两国在贸易结构上非常的相似，印度如此频繁的对我国实施反倾销措施非常严重的影响着我国经济与贸易出口的正常发展以及国内中小型企业的生存。身处在越来越复杂的国际贸易环境中，越来越多潜在的发展中国家将对我国实施反倾销措施，中国仍然是受灾最严重的贸易保护地区。贸易摩擦所涉及的产品领域不断扩大，涉案金额巨大且不断增加，对我国经济的发展与安全给予巨大的冲击。本文针对我国与印度贸易摩擦的现状与特点，以此来分析我国与发展中国家贸易摩擦频发的原因以及对我国经济造成的影响，并对此提出相应的对策和建议。70992

The study of the characteristics and Countermeasures of trade friction between China and developing countries

Abstract: The subject of China’s foreign trade friction has been transformed from developed to developing countries. Under the environment of global trade liberalization, with China’s rapid economic development and the rapid growth of export trade, our country has 16 years in a row to become the first target of foreign trade friction, there are more than 40 countries have launched anti-dumping investigation on China, India, the country which is the most anti-dumping investigation against our country, meanwhile, India is also the most successful country who implemented on China's anti-dumping measures. India and China is a neighboring country, belong to the world's two largest developing countries 

and countries in the trade structure has a strong similarity, India has been a serious implementation of anti-dumping measures in China frequent influence normal development of China's economy and the export trade as well as the survival of the domestic small and medium enterprises. In increasingly complex international trade environment, more and more potential developing countries will implement anti-dumping measures against China. China is still the most seriously affected trade protection area. The products involved in the field of trade friction expanding, the amount involved is huge and growing, development and security for the huge impact to our country economy. This article I according to the current situation and characteristics of China's trade friction with India, China and to analyze the causes of trade friction frequent developing countries and its impact on China's economy, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
