摘要互联网金融属于新型金融的一类，互联网金融并非互联网与金融单纯的随意交互，为满足新的需求自发形成的一种新型模式。随着我国电子商务的迅猛发展，互联网企业拥有巨大的用户信息，可以通过云计算对用户的喜好和需求进行分析，随后结合传统金融，形成了现在的种种互联网企业，借助互联网等手段，促使我国传统金融的合作与参加度得以增强，在无形中产生了许多网络投资平台和一些新兴的商务经营模式，同时对我国新型公司的发展形成了重要的促进意义。本文针对目前热门的互联金融领域，以阿里巴巴集团为例进行分析研究，概述阿里巴巴的发展史，着重于阿里巴巴当前商业系统的内在运行机制，对互联网的整体业态进行归纳总结以及目前几种常见的互联网金融模式进行分析。  27527

Title  Study on the Development Model of Online Finance
— A Case Study of Alibaba Group
Abstract
Internet finance， as a new financial， Alibaba and other companies were widely used Internet banking is not just a simple integration of Internet and finance， but based on the mobile network technology， a new model to meet the new demands spontaneous formation It is the emerging field of Internet concepts and the integration of traditional finance. With the rapid development of electronic commerce， Internet companies has a huge user information， user preferences and needs analysis through the cloud， and then combined with the traditional finance， formation of the current variety of Internet companies. The spirit of the Internet is "open， equality and cooperation， sharing"， through the Internet and other tools that enable collaboration and participation of our traditional banking is improved， costs fell in the middle， which is not only virtually created many network investment platform and some emerging commercial business model， but also for the development of new enterprises play an important role in promoting.
In this paper， the current popular Internet financial sector， Alibaba Group， for example to analyze study outlining the history of Alibaba，focusing on the internal operating mechanism Alibaba current commercial systems，the overall format of the Internet to summarize and present several common Internet financial model.
