摘要：自世界各地展开经济交流后，世界经济全球化已经形成一股不可抗拒的历史长流。我国在改革开放历史条件下，也融入到了世界经济中去，顺应全球化的发展趋势。从全球角度来看,服务外包产业已有近50年的发展历史,它最初源于美国高德纳公司的IT外包服务,迄今为止,可以说以美国、日本和欧盟国家为主的发达国家主导了国际服务外包产业的发展,发达国家成为主要的服务外包国,占据了外包市场的90%的份额。而中国的服务外包始于20世纪90年代末,至今只有十几年的历程。为此,要想发展我国的服务外包产业,就应对美国及世界服务外包的发展背景和趋势有所了解,在此基础上“取长补短”加以借鉴,才能有针对性地找到发展上海服务外包产业的应对之策。38466

Shanghai Service Outsourcing Development Present Situation and Countermeasure Research
Abstract: since the economic interactions from all over the world, the world economic globalization has become an irresistible historical ever-flowing. 随着经济与科技的快速发展，产业结构在进行着不断调整，在农业、工业、制造业相继产业化后，在经济全区花的当代世界，形成了一股新兴产业转移的热潮，新兴产业即以服务产业为主的第三产业。服务产业具有极为广阔的市场，因此服务外包也成为具有发展前景的行业。从全球市场来看，服务外包行业发展已有近50年的历史，它是以美国、日本和欧盟等发达国家为主，对于以中国为代表的发展中国家也应顺应发展潮流，通过承接服务外包，进一步发展本国新兴产业，优化产业结构的调整与升级，从而促进了国民经济的发展和完善。可以说，服务外包作为一种新兴产业经济是一把“双刃剑”，它为发展中国家的经济发展提供了新的机遇，但同时也是一种前所未有挑战。中国的服务外包开始于20世纪90年代，至今有十几年的发展历程。在立足我国的基本国情条件下，想要谋求服务外包产业更为长远的发展，就应对世界服务外包发展历史和现状有所了解,坚持“取其精华，去其糟粕”，将中国的现状与优秀的经验相结合，才能有目的性地找到我国服务外包产业发展的应对之策。 上海服务外包发展现状与对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_37445.html
