摘要张家港市沙洲中路步行街是一条推动张家港城市化的街道，它将张家港精神上升到一个崭新的高度。如今随着城市化进程加快，一复制国外优秀步行街发展模式的沙洲中路步行街，出现了内部结构单一、规划不合理、缺乏创新等问题。本文结合现代商业区步行街的规划理论，期望将张家港市特色文化融入到沙洲中路步行街，从而形成一条功能多样化的个性化步行街。论文第一章为绪论，简单论述本论题的研究背景及研究意义；第二章，对沙洲中路步行街的研究调查，首先要对其文化、历史背景有一个清晰的认知；第三章，通过SWOT模型对沙洲中路步行街现有的外部环境和内部环境进行简要分析；第四章，根据第三章所分析的内部环境和外部环境结合实地考察结果，确定沙洲中路步行街当前应该形成的定位，并据此得到步行街的发展方向以解决问题。第五章为结论。其中第三、四章为本次设计的重点。49997

Abstract
Shazhouzhonglu pedestrian street drives urbanization of Zhangjiagang. It makes the spirit of Zhangjiagang to a high level.This article use the urban plan theory to describe. As the urbanization accelerating, Shazhouzhonglu pedestrian street comes out a lot of problem by blindly copying the outstanding foreign pedestrian street. Such as simplify internal structure, unreasonable planning, lack of innovation. This paper unites the modern commercial pedestrian street planning theory. And expects to adding the Zhangjiagang characteristic culture into the design of Shazhouzhonglu pedestrian street. So it can turn to a functional persification personalized pedestrian street. The first chapter is introduction, briefly discuss the topic research background and research significance. The second chapter is a clear cognition of its history background. The third chapter is the analysis about external and internal environment by using SWOT model. The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the third chapter to ensure the position of Shazhouzhonglu pedestrian street. And get the development direction to solve the problems. The fifth chapter is the conclusion. The third and the fourth chapter is the point this essay.

一 绪论
（一）研究背景
沙洲中路步行街是一条商业步行街，它由许多专卖店、餐饮店、零售店、服务店组成，限定机动车辆通过，步行是其主要的通行方式，商品经营是其主要的城市功能。这种近代产生的新型的商业模式，不仅能为消费者提供各类商品和服务，还能让消费者享受到较为舒适的购物环境。
在90年代中国商业步行街建设的大潮中，张家港市也投入其中。1994年，张家港市在改革开放大潮的推动下，决定将位于杨舍镇中心的沙洲中路规划成一条商业步行街。第二年，全国第一条县级市商业步行街就在张家港市落地了，这在当时较为落后的张家港市引起了很大的反响。在经历了数次改造后，沙洲中路步行街也渐渐成为了人们出门购物休闲的首选之地。但是，自2005年张家港首个一体化大型购物商场的建成，沙洲中路步行街的人流量就急剧减少，无法维持开街时的繁盛状态，远远没有达到原来规划时的目标。究其根因，沙洲中路步行街与全国众多步行街一样，销售模式停滞不前，大面积修建高容量商厦，缺乏创新，业态结构单一。 张家港市沙洲中路步行街优化研究+SWOT分析:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_53160.html
