摘要：近几年来,中国长江经济带作为我国有影响力的中枢经济发展区，发挥了东西方交互的协调合作发展的作用。与此同时，长江经济带也力争成为第一个城镇化建设楷模，力图发挥出具有示范性和模范性的作用。由此日渐突显城镇化建设在经济建设发展同时的重要性和必要性，它也在当地居民的日常生活中扮演着重要的角色和作用。79755

   调研以长江经济带东部城市和农村地区居民群体为研究对象，采取了调查研究和文献研究等方法，通过对长江经济带东部城镇化建设现状进行研究调研分析，偏重于对当前形势政策下政府对于当地城镇化管理中存在的问题和措施采取的方法和管理办法。

   本文首先介绍选题背景意义，从总体上阐述长江经济带东部城镇化建设发展现状，提出就长江经济带东部城镇化建设改革与创新的必要性，在此基础上进行本文的研究设计。其次，再对城镇化可持续发展，城镇化环境问题以及城镇化系列的基本概念及相关理论进行概述。然后以长江经济带东部地区城镇化现状为例，对当地城镇化交通，城市建设，民生保障等进行了实地探访，研究其核心和实质上的问题及其原因。最后，总结出当地政府在管理治理城镇化系列问题的时候所采取的对策和政策，钻探有效的实现道路，酿成有利于城镇化管理的有效可行措施，巩固管理手段从而快速有效地推进长江经济带东部城市新型城镇化以及城镇一体化全面发展。
