摘要：P2P（Peer to Peer Lending）网络借贷平台是当前互联网金融三大支柱体系之一， 在我国经过 8 年的发展，现已有超过 1350 家 P2P 线上信贷平台。在 P2P 网贷平台上，贷 款者发布自己的融资需求包括金额、期限等要素，等待需要理财的投资者自行做出决定。 在这一交易过程中，有关贷款的资质审核、协议签署、资金划拨均在线上平台完成操作。 然而正因为网络融资的便捷性，其背后的制度漏洞也一直缺乏有效监管。仅 2015 年下半 年，全国就有 145 家 P2P 公司发生“挤兑”事件或者直接跑路，受案金额巨大，危机四伏。 本文拟以中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司旗下的第三方网络投融资平台——上海陆家 嘴国际金融资产交易市场股份有限公司（下文以陆金所为简称）为例，探讨我国 P2P 网络 借贷平台所隐藏的风险并提出改善运营流程、加强内部控制的针对性措施。74397

Abstract ： P2P platform is one of the 3 backbones of online finance。After 8 years’ development,there are over 1350 P2P companies in China。By virtue of this online platform,borrower can publish their own demand of funds such as amount and period to be considered by clients who need to manage financial affairs。During the whole merchant process,the qualification check of loans,the signature of contract and the transfer of funds are all operated online。Owning to the convenience of online finance,the loophole behind it can’t be supervised effectively。During the 1st half year of 2015,up to 145 P2P companies had happened to bank run or bankrupt。It can be seen that how to control the risk of online finance is a noteworthy issue。The article utilizes Lufax which is the subsidiary of Ping’an Group as example to discuss the hidden risks behind P2P platforms and offer some countermeasures to improve the operating process and strengthen internal control。
