摘要： 随着世界经济全球化进程的不断加速和贸易自由化在全球范围的扩展，关税壁垒作为贸易保护手段的作用逐步被降低或撤除，随之而产生的各种非关税壁垒的措施层出不穷，其中“绿色贸易壁垒”日益成为阻碍成为国际贸易发展的重要障碍。随着我国加入世贸组织，国际市场各种绿色贸易壁垒对我国产品的出口造成很大影响。绿色壁垒作为一种贸易保护主义新形式应运而生，并具有愈演愈烈之势，各发展中国家正在加紧研究破除发达国家所制定的各种环境保护条例对本国出口产品影响的办法。21328

Analysis Of The Impact Of Green Trade Barriers On China's Toy Exports
Abstract： With the accelerating of world economic globalization and trade liberalization in the global scope expansion, the tariff barriers as a means of trade protection has been gradually reduced or removed, subsequently and produce all kinds of measures of non-tariff barriers emerge in endlessly, the "green barriers" to trade is increasingly becoming the important obstacle of the development of international trade. With China's accession to the WTO, all kinds of green trade barriers in the international market caused great impact on Chinese exports. Green barriers, as a new form of trade protectionism，has intensified the trend, the developing countries are stepping up the research to break set by the developed countries on the impact of various environmental protection ordinance on their exports.
