摘要近些年，随着全球经济的飞速发展，为了适应自身企业的经济情况与内部结构，多种多样的经营方式层出不穷，这些方式不仅可以适应企业的经济进步，而且在一定程度上联系了社会上多方面的经济力量，达到信息、文化、科技上的交流，最终更加促进经济进一步的繁荣。其中，融资租赁就是一种比较被各国欢迎的经营方式。这种方式不仅在一定程度上减轻了资金实力不雄厚的中小企业的压力，在支付租金的情况下完成经济运营，还可以满足资金相对雄厚的投资者不需要自己经营也可以坐收收益。所以，这种方式越来越被大家所接受。但融资租赁，作为一种经营方式，虽然可以促进企业经济发展，却具有经营方面必然存在的风险。所以，在全球经济危机的影响下，对于风险，尤其是金融风险方面的审视、管理更加被重视。目前在我国，对融资租赁的风险管理的研究才刚刚起步，所以对于研究融资租赁的意义就显得更为重要。本文的主要目的在于对融资租赁的运作模式和风险控制方面做出一定的分析，从而对发现的一些问题做出相应的反应和解决策略，进一步对企业发展起到促进作用。由于融资租赁风险分析与控制的重要性，本文重点从融资租赁的运作模式和其存在的风险进行分析，找出原因，并适当提出相应的解决方案。文章主要分四个大部分：第一大部分论述融资租赁研究背景、具体含义和理论；第二大部分主要论述融资租赁的运作模式和风险成因分析；第三大部分是通过对风险现状、问题的分析，提出对风险控制起到一定作用的可行方案。第四大部分是列举有关案例，通过对案例的分析，对其存在的问题做出解释。21454
