摘 要：随着贸易逆差的不断增加，各国特别是发达国家越来越重视技术性贸易壁垒、环保标准、安全标准、社会责任体系等贸易壁垒的使用，国际贸易摩擦的频繁发生,已成为当今困扰世界及各国经济发展的主要问题之一。基于企业社会责任视角，指出歧视性的贸易保护手段及利益集团间不同的利益需求是国际贸易摩擦形成的根本原因，从而构建利益集团的博弈模型，在此基础上探讨国际贸易摩擦的形成机理。研究表明，要解决基于企业社会责任的国际贸易摩擦，需平衡各种利益集团的不同的利益需求，从政府、企业两个层面，采取不同的应对措施。

International Trade Friction Mechanism Based on Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance Research
Abstract：As the trade deficit continues to increase, most of countries, especially developed countries, put more emphasis on technical barriers to trade, environmental standards, safety standards, social responsibility system and other trade barriers that are used. International trade friction occurs frequently, which has become one of the main problems that beset the world and the economic development of countries. Based on corporate social responsibility perspective, it points out that discriminatory trade defense instruments and interest groups of different interests and needs of international trade friction to form the root causes in order to build interest group game model based on this study the formation mechanism of international trade friction. Research shows that to solve based on corporate social responsibility in international trade friction, it needs to balance the various interests from different groups’, and different measures should be taken from government, business.
