摘要：钢丝绳产业在南通地区快速发展，但是由于低门槛，南通钢丝绳产业在发展的同时暴露出了很多问题。本文首先在了解南通地区钢丝绳产业特点的基础上分析南通钢丝绳产业的发展现状，然后经过数据分析和案例研究从企业的数量和规模，企业主的理念和管理思维方式，生产设备，产品质量，环保和安全设施设备这几个方面探讨南通钢丝绳行业发展的方向问题。最后针对以上问题提出南通钢丝绳行业的发展对策分析。92479

Abstract: Wire rope industry is developing rapidly in Nantong, but due to the low threshold, the development of Nantong steel wire rope industry has exposed many problems。 This paper first analyzes the development status of Nantong steel wire rope industry based on industry characteristics of the wire rope in the Nantong area, and then through the analysis of data and case studies from the number and size of enterprises, the main business philosophy and management thinking, production equipment, product quality, to explore the development of Nantong steel wire rope industry the direction of environmental protection and safety facilities of several aspects of this problem。 Finally, according to the above problems, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of Nantong wire rope industry。

1 引言
近年来，南通钢丝绳产业快速发展，规模数量不断扩大，小企业越来越多，南通钢丝绳产业成型，成为南通经济中的重要板块。与此同时，因为开厂运营的低标准，小厂房小企业随之兴起，很多企业为了获得更大的利益，抢占市场份额，而控制成本，忽视更新设施设备建设，生产效率低下，造成资源浪费，忽视污染治理设施建设，造成周边环境的严重污染。虽然这两三年通过一系列的整顿与改革，排污、环境问题得到一定的改善。南通地区的问题在一定程度上看似得当很大的改革改善，仍然有很多问题不是政府进行宏观调控的就能得到解决的，比如发展方向、整合区域、调整结构、防治污染等。
