摘 要：中国经济的高速发展促进了制造业发展，也给丝绸业的出口贸易带来了机遇。但随着近年来，中国经济由高速增长转变为中高速增长，出口贸易下滑，丝绸业的出口贸易下滑也凸显出一些值得关注的问题。本文以海安县鑫缘丝绸公司出口贸易为切入点,从其存在着运营成本高、价格定位不合理、缺乏适应性标准、库存积压等方面分析其存在问题，然后针对上述问题逐一提出控制公司运营成本、行业引导公司合理定价、制定适应性标准和找准品牌定位等措施，最后通过分析为鑫缘丝绸公司出口贸易的健康发展提出了一些可行性建议。92801
