摘要农业是我国的基础产业，其发展状况关系到我国的国计民生。目前，日本是中国第一大农产品出口国，中国是日本第二大农产品进口国，双方已相互成为非常重要的贸易伙伴。日本由于自身的恶劣地理环境，出于保护自身的环境以及农业发展考虑对中国农产品的出口设置了一系列的绿色贸易壁垒，使中国出口商的负担大大增加；但同时也能促进我国产业结构调整，加快技术创新。因此对日本绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口影响的研究显得尤为重要。文章首先将对绿色贸易壁垒进行相关概述，然后将分析中国对日本农产品出口的现状，接着着重写日本绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响，主要分为积极影响以及消极影响，最后从政府、农产品行业协会以及农产品出口企业三个层面分别给出应对策略。27047

Title    The analysis of the influence of Japan’s green trade barriers on China's agricultural exports                                                    
Abstract
Agriculture is the foundation of the industry in China, its development is related to China's national economy and people's livelihood. At present, Japan is China's largest exporter of agricultural products, and China is Japan's second largest importer of agricultural products, the two sides have become important trade partners to each other. Japan’s poor geographical environment leads it to protect its own environment and agricultural development, so Japan set up a series of green trade barriers to China’s agricultural products, which makes Chinese exporters having an increasing burden. However, the green trade barriers can also promote China’s industrial structure adjustment and technology innovation at the same time. So it is very important to have a research on the green trade barriers on Chinese agricultural products. This article will first have a overview of green trade barrier of Japan, and then analyzes the present situation of agricultural trade between China and Japan. What’s more, it will focuses on the influence of green trade barriers on China's agricultural products, in which way pided into the positive influence and negative influence. Finally we will give some suggestions to release the problem from the government, agricultural product industry association, as well as agricultural products export enterprise sides.
