摘要互联网金融，指的是一种依托于互联网工具，实现资金融通、支付和信息中介等业务的新兴金融。自2012年以来，随着电子商务在国内的迅猛发展，互联网技术在金融领域的应用越发深入。传统金融，则主要指由存款、贷款和资金结算三大传统业务组成的金融活动。广义上包括所有信用货币的发行保管，兑换结算以及金银买卖等一系列资金活动，其本质就是资金的融通。作为一种通过网络工具介入传统金融的混合金融模式，互联网金融在传播性、透明度、成本花费等方面比之传统的融资模式更具优势。互联网与金融的联合更是引发了许多商业模式上的变革，并对传统金融的经营模式产生了深远的影响。然而互联网金融与传统金融并不是非此即彼的“零和博弈”关系。准确把握二者的优劣，并做出正确的市场定位，可让互联网金融的便捷与传统金融的稳健优势互补，二者之间的合作将产生经济协同效应，从而让互联网金融实现“健康成长”。本文将对互联网金融和传统金融的竞争关系进行分析，通过构建进化博弈模型，得出在互联网技术革新时期新兴企业与传统企业更倾向于选择合作发展的结论，并给出了改善商业银行与互联网企业合作发展的政策和建议。30756
