上海构建自由贸易区的意义及发展策略分析

摘要：自由贸易区就是一个国家或一个地区在它所管辖的区域内划出一块区域，在这块区域里内通过实行优惠的税收政策和特殊的监管政策来进行贸易。上海自由贸易区已经启动，对于上海以及全国而言，该贸易区建立的具有非常深刻的意义。同时，也将给上海甚至全国的开放和发展创造了重要机遇。本文就上海自由贸易区建立的经济大环境出发, 指出上海建立自贸区的研究现状与发展现状，阐述其意义，并指出自贸区的发展策略。31985

The significance of Shanghai to build free trade area and analysis of the development strategy
Abstract: Free trade zone is a country or region within the jurisdiction area of the planned out an area for trade, and carry out the introduction of preferential tax and special regulatory policy within the area. Shanghai free trade zone has been officially launched, to establish the trade area has a Great significance. The construction of Shanghai free trade zone will make an important strategic opportunity to Shanghai and even the whole country’s deepen the reform, expanding opening up and accelerate the development. In this paper, from the economic environment of establishing Shanghai free trade zone, points out the necessity and feasibility of establishing a free trade zone in Shanghai,states its long-term strategic significance and unscrambles the scientific nature and rationality of the free trade area development strategy.
