摘要:全球互联网的持续发展和日趋成熟, 促进在国际经济贸易领域的电子商务活动的迅速发展,它集成了计算机技术,网络技术和信息技术。作为21世纪以来全球经济交易的重要手段,电子商务已经成为外贸企业参加竞争和创新来赢得持久竞争优势的主要手段和关键区域。本文主要讲述了外贸企业的竞争优势以及构成企业竞争优势的要素。依据以上理论知识,本文经过有关的统计数据、图表和外贸企业成功利用电子商务的经典案例,报告了近年来电子商务在中国外贸企业应用与发展的近况,而且剖析了中国外贸企业利用电子商务取得的竞争优势和存在的问题。最后就问题的分析,提出了我国外贸企业应用电子商务取得持久竞争优势的措施。33082

Discussion on the competitive advantage of Chinese foreign trade enterprises under the mode of e-business
Abstract: With the development and improvement of internet and web, the e-commerce activities in the areas of international economic and trade has been developed, which integrates computer technology, network technology and information technology. As a typical form of transaction in the 21st century, E-commerce has been the main means and the key area by which and where the foreign trade enterprises participate in the competition and innovation to win the long-term competitive advantage. The dissertation focuses on the advantage of competitiveness and elements of the advantage of the enterprises' competitiveness .By using relevant statistical data, graphs and those typical cases that some of our foreign enterprises successfully apply the mode of E-commerce ,the dissertation shows the situation in which our foreign trade enterprises apply and develop the mode of E-commerce since recent years, analyzing the competitive advantages gained by the enterprises as well as those existing problems. Finally, the dissertation accordingly presents the countermeasures for Chinese foreign trade enterprises to obtain the lasting competitive advantages by applying the mode of E-commerce.
