摘要在我国,低碳话题持续升温,“低碳生活”、“低碳经济”、“低碳技术”、“低碳供应链”等等。这些低碳经济发展理论与低碳相关概念不断涌现之时,低碳概念也不可避免的传递到了物流行业,由此衍生出新的词汇“低碳物流”。低碳物流目前已经成为物流业的一种发展趋势,物流作为高能耗产业,延续以往的经营发展模式已经明显跟不上时代的发展,必须走低碳化发展道路。文中界定了低碳物流的定义、低碳物流特征并通过比较国内外低碳物流的发展,对我国低碳物流发展提出了优尔个方面的问题,包括低碳经济的理念尚未被社会和企业充分认识,低碳物流观念淡薄;低碳物流政策不完善;物流设备技术水平低,物流环节“高碳”现象明显;流业缺乏统一规划,导致高耗能低成效;物流业效率不高,物流资源浪费现象严重,造成耗能增加和能源浪费;流运输的“碳排放”量大,污染环境严重。近几年来,随着我国经济贸易的发展,航空货物运输量迅速增长,航空物流产业作为我国国民经济中一个新兴的服务性行业其地位越来越重要。随着我国市场经济的深入发展和政府逐渐放开航空物流市场准入,有越来越多的航空公司成立了专门的物流企业,也有一些有实力的民营物流企业加入进来参与竞争。与此同时,随着我国加入WTO,国内航空物流市场进一步放开,国外的大型航空物流企业纷纷进入国内市场,同我国原有的航空物流企业形成激烈的竞争态势。在这种形势下,研究我国航空物流产业国际竞争力状况,如何制定航空物流发展战略,成为我国航空物流企业参与市场竞争的首要问题。针对这一系列的问题,提出了相关的改进措施,分别是宏观层面的改进与微观层面的改进。通过这一系列措施的改进,来完善低碳物流发展的研究,使我国能够更好的贯彻“可持续发展”这一政策,为我国物流行业提供发展低碳物流的理论基础,使社会实现经济与环境的双赢局面。33919
