摘要：众所周知，江苏省的经济一直处于飞速增长的过程中，人民总体的生活水平也得到了很大的提高，居民收入在不断地增加。然而，随着经济的发展，居民之间的收入差距也在逐渐地扩大，这会在一定程度上影响经济的发展和社会的的安定。江苏省目前的居民收入差距超过了我国的平均水平，虽然未到达危害经济发展的程度，但我们必须防微杜渐，对江苏省居民收入差距有一个正确的认识和把握，并寻找有效的控制方法，以实现江苏“两个率先”的目标。35730
本文交代了研究江苏省居民收入差距的背景和意义，并对国内外的一些著名文献进行了归纳和总结。随后本文遵循：“说明问题情况——探讨产生的原因——解决问题的方法”的研究思路，运用了定量分析的方法对问题进行研究，首先简单地分析一下全省居民收入差距的目前的状况，主要从江苏省基尼系数变化、城乡差距、区域差距和行业差距这四个方面来了解收入差距的，这些差距都有扩大的趋势。随后，针对这些方面的差距找到产生收入差距的原因，原因主要分为：制度、政策、教育资源不均衡和居民主要收入不同四个方面。最后针对收入差距的现状和产生差距的原因提出了有效的解决方法。

Research on the income gap of residents in Jiangsu Province
Abstract:As is known to all, the economy of Jiangsu province is always during the rapid development process,thus,the living standards and the income of the residents has been greatly improved. However, with the increase of income, the income gap between residents is constantly expanding，as a result, it will affect the development of the economy and the harmony and stability of our society.At present, the income gap of residents in Jiangsu province is over the average level of our country, although it is not yet to harm the economic development, but we must prepare for it.So,we need to have a correct understanding and grasp of the income gap in Jiangsu Province, and try to find the effective control method to achieve the target of "two first"
Firstly, the paper introduced the background and significance of the research on the income gap of residents in Jiangsu Province, and summarized the existing literature at home and abroad. Then,it followed the rule of: " introduce the problem-- discuss the causes -- solve the problem", and used quantitative analysis method to study the problem.It mainly started from four aspects to analysis the income gap,including the gini coefficient changes, the gap between urban and rural areas,the regional disparity and the industry gaps.After all,it worked out the four reasons of income gap,they are:country systems,policy,imbalance of education resources and different income level.In the end ,it proposed the corresponding solutions.
