摘要：欧洲联盟与中国自一九七五年正式建立外交关系以来，欧盟与中国的双边贸易发展一直呈现良好趋势，中国有许多重要的贸易伙伴，欧盟便是其中之一。然而在中国加入WTO还没有到三个月，欧盟便对中国动物源性食品发动攻击，这是欧盟和中国的贸易态度不友好表现之一。近年来欧盟与中国的贸易关系也是愈加的紧张，欧盟针对中国的反倾销立案也越来越频繁，欧盟的这些行为给中欧贸易的健康发展带来了不变，造成了阻碍，对中国和欧盟这两个经济体的利益都造成了损害，同时给中国和欧盟两个贸易经济体的发展也带来了不利的影响，使得中国与欧盟两个经济体的有关学者均给予了高度重视。本文是以最近几年之中我国与欧盟的贸易现状为基础，对中国与欧盟的摩擦的原因进行一些分析，进而再提出一些自己的建议和看法，希望可以对我国与欧盟的贸易摩擦这一问题的解决做出最近的贡献35935

The research and Countermeasures of the trade friction between China and Europe
