摘要：自由贸易区，一般是指在主权国家的关境外划出一片区域，该区域内，外国船舶可以自由进出，外国商品可以免除关税。所谓金融创新，就是对当下已有的金融体制进行调整，或者寻求新的工具来获取更多潜在的利润。在金融创新方面，上海自贸区计划在两到三年的试验过程中，大力发展服务业，推进贸易、投资、法制、金融等多方面的改革创新。在这其中，金融创新是最受关注的焦点之一，是中国为顺应世界金融发展趋向自由化的大趋势，作出的制度改革。36279
本文首先介绍了上海自贸区的金融创新背景和现状，然后通过调研实例，说明了外贸企业的现状。自从建立了上海自贸区，中国的外贸企业迎来了一系列商业机会，但也由于某些地区限制和亟待改良的法律法规，面临了巨大的挑战，因此本文分析了上海自贸区金融创新下外贸企业所面临的积极影响和消极影响。在此基础上，就外贸企业如何在上海自贸区金融创新的大环境下谋求发展，提出相应的对策和建议。

The Impact of Financial Innovation of Shanghai FTA for Foreign Trade Enterprises
Abstract：Free trade zone, generally refers to a region outside of the custom of sovereign countries, within the region, the foreign ship can pass in or out, and foreign goods can be exempt from customs duties. The so-called financial innovation is used to adjust the current existing financial system, or to seek for new tools to obtain more potential profits. In terms of financial innovation, during the two or three years? experiment process, the FTA will develop service industry vigorously to promote the reform and innovation of trade, investment, legal, financial and other aspects. Among them, the innovation of financial mode field is one of the focus of most attention and a reform of the system that conform to the trend of liberalization of financial development of the world trend.
Firstly, this paper introduces the background of financial innovation, financial innovation status of free trade zone in Shanghai, and then explains the current situation of the development of foreign trade enterprises through an example of research. The establishment of the Shanghai free trade zone brings a series of opportunities and business opportunities for foreign companies in China, at the same time, due to certain area restrictions and related laws and regulations need to be adjusted, foreign companies face a big challenge. This paper analyzes the positive influence and negative effect of foreign trade enterprise development in the process of financial innovation in Shanghai free trade zone. On this basis, according to the foreign trade enterprise how to achieve better under the environment of financial innovation of free trade zone in Shanghai, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
