摘要：本文运用中国工业企业数据库数据，采用 Malmquist 指数模型，基于区域及子产业角度对2004-2013年江苏省食品加工业全要素生产率增长率进行测算，并将其分解为技术效率及技术进步。测算结果表明，考察期内江苏省食品加工业全要素生产率有所提升，且其增长源泉为技术进步，各地区及子产业表现不一。在此基础上，进一步选取产业集聚、企业规模、资本密集度以及对外开放程度考察其对全要素生产率的影响，结果显示产业集聚、企业规模对全要素生产率的影响显著为正，而对外开放程度具有显著的负向影响。37275

Research on Production Efficiency and Its Influence Factors ofFood Processing Industry in Jiangsu ProvinceAbstract: Using China Industrial Enterprise Database, adopting the Malmquist index model, this papercalculates the increase of total factor productivity of the food processing industry ,which is based on theperspectives of region and sub industry in Jiangsu province from 2004 to 2013 , and then decomposes itinto technical efficiency and technical progress. The results show that the total factor productivity of foodprocessing industry in Jiangsu province has been improved during the period, and its source of growth istechnological progress. Regional and sub industrial TFP varies as well. On this basis, the effects ofindustrial agglomeration, enterprise scale, capital intensity and opening degree on TFP are furtherinvestigated, the results show that industrial agglomeration, enterprise scale has a positive effects to TFP,while the impacts of opening degree is negative.
