摘要：本文结合中国农业部及联合国所公布的数据，从中国粮食国内需求供给现状出发分析了中国粮食进口贸易现状，其主要问题表现为进口规模大、进口结构不合理以及进口集中度过高所导致的进口高风险。同时这三个方面的粮食进口现状也是当下粮食进口存在的主要问题，结合粮食进口相关政策以及相关领域的学术研究，本文主要从政府层面出发，给出建议：加强粮食进口宏观调控管理；稳定粮食进口来源；优化粮食进口品种构成；完善粮食进口技术性措施制度； 建立粮食安全生产和替代体系； 完善粮食安全储备体系。42125

中国粮食进口的现状、问题与对策
前言
最近几年,中国粮食进口贸易的快速增长引起了国内外学者的高度关注，尤其是在2012年，中国四大主要粮食品种进口均进入贸易逆差状态。围绕着中国粮食贸易总规模的增长趋势、中国粮食市场对国际市场的依赖程度以及粮食安全等理论与政策问题,国内外学者及政策制定者都进行了广泛探讨,也取得了较为丰富的研究成果。然而,结合国内粮食供求变动特地针对中国粮食进口贸易方面存在的问题进行的实证研究相对较少。本文通过分析中国粮食国内供给需求现状及贸易现状，并以此为基础，进一步研究了中国粮食进口存在的的结构问题与安全问题，从而给出相关的政策性建议。希望能对中国粮食进口等相关问题有实质性的帮助。
