摘要在金融全球化的背景下,各国经济发展紧密联系在一起，资本在全球范围内的配置对国际金融格局产生了深刻的影响。金融全球化既促进了世界各国经济的发展，又扩大了发达国家和发展中国家之间的贫富差距。我国的证券市场是一个新兴的市场，存在诸多问题和不完善之处，因此探讨金融全球化对我国证券市场发展的影响并提出相应对策有着重要意义。
本文在学者的研究基础上，首先提出了研究背景和研究意义，然后通过一些数据分析了我国证券市场的发展现状，继而论述了金融全球化给我国证券市场带来的影响。最后提出了应从以下几方面规避风险：分阶段有序地开放市场；重视债券市场的发展；完善制度建设；创新证券公司业务。42293

Financial Globalization Impact on the Development of Chinese Securities Market
Abstract
Under the background of financial globalization, the economic development of all countries are closely linked together, the configuration of capital on a global scale to international financial landscape had a profound effect. Financial globalization will promote the development of world economy, and expand the gap between rich and poor between developed countries and developing countries. Our country's securities market is an emerging market, there are many problems and shortcomings, so financial globalization impact on the development of the securities market of our country and put forward the corresponding countermeasures has important significance.
On the basis of predecessors' research, this paper first put forward the research background and research significance, and then through some data analysis of the current situation of the development of Chinese securities market, and then discusses the financial globalization to the impact of the securities market in China. Finally puts forward the risk aversion from the following several aspects: orderly open markets in stages; attention to the development of the bond market; perfect the system construction; securities company business innovation.
