灌南县商业步行街的发展研究

摘要汽车等现代交通工具出现之前，人们出行购物主要依靠步行。步行购物让消费者感觉更自由，更舒适，人们往往在边走边逛过程中满足了物质需求，也获得了精神享受。商业步行街正是作为步行购物的载体而产生的，它不仅承担着商业活动场所的角色，也是人们交流信息和娱乐休闲的中心。42638

国内商业步行街发展从上世纪90年代进入高峰，经过20多年的探索，商业步行街建设热度依然不减。从现状来看，大城市商业步行街发展趋于成熟，而广大中小城市的商业步行街发展水平还不高，且在发展过程中普遍存在一些问题。本文主要研究的就是以灌南县为例的中小城市商业步行街发展问题。

为了加快灌南县商业步行街的发展建设，通过查阅文献、实地调研,对灌南县商业步行街的发展现状进行分析研究，指出步行街发展进程中存在的问题，提出一系列激发灌南县商业步行街活力，促进步行街经济发展的对策。

Study on the Development of Commercial Pedestrian Streets in Guannan County

Abstract Before cars and other modern means of transport occurs, people travel shopping rely mainly on foot. Pedestrian shopping so that consumers feel more free, more comfortable, people tend to meet the material needs of walking and shopping in the process, also received the spirit of enjoyment. Commercial pedestrian street is the pedestrian shopping generated as a carrier, it is not only assume the role of business activities, but also people to exchange information and entertainment center.

Domestic commercial pedestrian street development from the 1990s, reaching a peak after 20 years of exploration, the construction of commercial pedestrian street heat continues unabated. From the current situation, the development of cities pedestrianized street mature, while the level of development of medium and small commercial pedestrian street of the city is not high, and some of the common problems in the development process. This paper studies is to GuanNaXian Case small city commercial pedestrian street development.

In order to speed up the development and construction of commercial pedestrian streets in Guannan, through literature review and field research, Analysis and Research on the present situation of commercial pedestrian streets in Guannan, points out problems existing in the process of pedestrian streets development, put forward a series of countermeasures to stimulate the vitality of commercial pedestrian streets,,promote economic development of pedestrian streets.
