摘要农村土地金融是指土地经营者以其承包的农地经营权作为抵押标的向金融机构贷款，即围绕土地的开发、生产、经营而展开的资金融通活动。土地作为我国农民最重要的资产，对农村经济的发展以及农民收入的增加具有十分重要的意义。农村土地的经营需要金融业的大力支持，而农村土地金融的目标则是为农业生产经营者提供中长期、低利率贷款，来解决农业生产过程中的资金短缺问题，以实现农业收入的持续增长。43004

本文采用对比分析方法，针对现在农村土地金融发展的状况，对农地金融发展的趋势以及所面临的问题进行研究。我国的土地承包制度是具有中国社会主义特色的创新成果，所以在解决土地流转问题时要考虑到这一现实情况。因此，本文通过研究我国的农村土地制度，+优尔"文'论[文]网:www.youerw.com剖析土地要素，结合现阶段农村金融发展的情况，运用SWOT分析法，对农村信用社进行分析，找出其具有的优势（Strength）与劣势（Weakness），以及面临的机会（Opportunity）与挑战（Threat），为其作为我国的农地金融主导性机构打下基础，并从农民和金融机构双方的视角构建出有利于农地金融发展的成果, 以期对我国农村土地金融制度的发展进行新的探索。

 The thinking of promoting the development of rural land finance

Abstract

Rural land finance refers to the operator regard contracted land management rights as the subject matter mortgage loans from financial institutions, which revolves around the development, production, management of land financing activities. Land as farmers' most important assets in our country, the development of rural economy and increasing farmers' income is of great significance. Business need financial support for rural land, rural land financial goal is to provide long-term, low-interest loans for the agricultural production operators to solve the shortage of funds in the process of agricultural production, in order to guarantee the sustained growth in agricultural income.

This article uses the comparison analysis method, in view of the condition of rural land financial development at present, to study the development of the farmland financial trends and the problems we are facing.The land contract system in China is the innovation with Chinese socialist characteristics, to solve the problem of land circulation should consider the reality of the situation. Therefore, based on the study of rural land system in China, the paper analyzes the factors of land, combining with the current situation of the rural financial development of our country, using the method of SWOT to analyze the rural credit cooperatives, in order to find out the advantages、disadvantages、Opportunities and challenges. Finally, from the Angle of farmers and financial, the paper will build a conducive result to the development of rural land financial, With a view to the development of rural land financial system and a new exploration.
