摘要自2005年7月21日，我国取消人民币盯住美元的汇率制度，而是根据市场供求参考一篮子货币进行有管理的浮动汇率制度，且一次性升值2%，人民币的升值已经引起经济领域的广泛关注。人民币汇改让人民币汇率变得难以确定,这不仅使得人民币汇率发生不确定变动,还增加了我国的国际贸易的风险。尤其是我国近年来稳定而快速的经济发展速度、国际贸易顺差以及大量的外汇储备令我国面临着人民币升值的巨大压力，本文的意义在于研究在人民币升值后,外贸企业应如何认清目前的局势进行外汇风险管理。目前，由于惯性思维，大多数外贸企业的思维还停留在固定汇率时期，没有意识到浮动汇率带来的外汇风险，因此对外汇风险的轻视，使这些外贸企业遭受严重的损失,却对损失仍束手无策。为帮助外贸企业适应人民币升值的变化，本文将分别描述国内外对外汇风险管理的观点,分析现阶段人民币的升值背景，结合外国的研究结果、我国经济发展阶段和管理者的风险偏好，以TCL集团为例，研究中国外贸企业的外汇风险管理的现在并从外贸企业的角度来找出规避外汇风险的根本性方法，制定汇率风险管理的策略。43546

Our Country Foreign Trade Enterprise under the Background of the Appreciation of the Renminbi Foreign Exchange Risk Management

Abstract

Since July 21, 2005, cancel RMB fixed exchange rate against the dollar, China adopt floating exchange rate, and a 2% revaluation, no longer a single peg to the dollar, according to the market demand and supply reference to a basket of currencies,  RMB appreciation has drawn wide attention in the field of economy. It is difficult to determine RMB to the RMB exchange rate. For our country, this is not only makes the uncertain change of revaluation of the RMB, has increased the risk of China's foreign trade. Especially in our country in recent years, stable and rapid economic growth, international trade surplus, and a large amount of foreign exchange reserves makes our country faces the enormous pressure on the appreciation of the RMB, the significance of this paper is to study after the appreciation of the RMB foreign trade enterprises how to adapt to avoid foreign exchange risk. At present, due to the inertia of thinking, thinking of most of the foreign trade enterprise still stay in a fixed exchange rate period, unaware of the floating exchange rate of foreign exchange risk, so despised in the foreign exchange risk, make the foreign trade enterprises suffered serious losses, but stranded for the damage. To assist foreign trade enterprises to adapt to the change of the appreciation of the RMB, this article will describe both in China and abroad in the foreign exchange risk management point of view, analysis of the present stage the appreciation of the background, combined with foreign research results, our country economy development stage and managerial risk preference, TCL group, for example, the multinational enterprises in China's foreign exchange risk management now and from the perspective of foreign trade enterprises to find a fundamental way to evade foreign exchange risk, exchange rate risk management strategy.
