摘要：自1978年中国对外开放以来,江苏省在高新技术产业出台了一系列措施与政策,使得高新技术的作用与地位日渐显著。随着江苏省近年来经济的快速发展和其产业结构的不断调整和完善，江苏的高新技术产业发展也进入了高速发展阶段。不过在发展过程中江苏的高新技术产业也出现了诸多的问题，其中江苏省高新技术发展的核心技术的创新能力不足，许多的技术还需要通过进口和引进来完善，这也造成了江苏省高新技术产业竞争力不足。在此大背景下，江苏省高新技术产业急需进行人才培养和产业优化，进行高新技术自主开发。本文也将对江苏省高新技术产品出口状况进行研究，指出其中存在的问题，并且针对相关问题提出合理化建议，为江苏省高新技术产品的出口提供参考,为其发展提供借鉴。43829
