摘要一般的认为，投资环境指的是在某一特定经济地域内，为投资这种经济活动所提供的一系列要素和生产条件及其相互作用的统一体。良好的投资环境是吸引外来投资的必要条件。投资环境的好与坏，在某种层面上决定了投资能创造出怎样的企业竞争力。所以投资环境的改善对我国的促进国内市场一体化，提高对外开放水平。提高劳动力的技术技能，推动金融体制改革，改善金融服务水平，具有举足轻重的作用。但就目前来看，我国的投资环境还是不是十分理想，与发达国家相比还存在一定的差距。所以全面改善我国的投资环境，进一步促进城乡结合发展，任重而道远。并且根据发达国家的经验，营造一个良好的投资环境，可谓是促进我国经济又好又快的发展重要手段。45050

Abstract
Generally believed that the investment environment is a particular economic region for investment to provide such a range of economic activities and production conditions and their interaction factor unity. A good investment environment is a necessary condition for attracting foreign investment. Investment environment determine whether an investment will create a stronger competitiveness, and achieve sustainable growth. Therefore, improvement of investment environment in China to promote domestic market integration, improve the level of opening up. Technology to improve workforce skills, promote financial reform, improve the level of financial services, has a pivotal role. But the current investment environment in China is still lagging behind compared to developed countries, improve the investment environment and promote urban development, long way to go.And proven to create good investment environment, attract foreign investment and promote economic development with significant effects of the further development of China economy, continue to improve the investment environment, actively attracting foreign investment is still to promote an important means of China's economic development.
