摘要“十二五”期间，中国经济必将发生质的飞跃，但也矛盾重重。如何更好地加快国内产业结构优化升级，推动中国经济实力更上一台阶，是当务之急。其中，发挥人民币国际化的支持作用是不可或缺的。然而我国金融实力水平与发达国家相比仍有显著的差距，人民币国际化在不断推进的发展中也存在一些不利因素。因此，在推进中国产业结构的调整升级过程中，亟需重视完善人民币的国际化条件。本文先整理收集了相关数据对人民币国际化的进展与中国产业结构发展的近况进行深入研究，再从人民币国际贸易结算业务及以人民币计价结算的外商直接投资业务两个方面将人民币国际化与中国产业结构优化联系起来，进而分析制约人民币国际化进程的因素。最后，结合我国现有的经济发展情况，尝试性地给出一些建议与对策。45143

Abstract
In the twelfth Five-Year Plan period, China's economy is not only bound to develop at an alarming pace, but also with a lot of conflicts. At present, we should give priority to some measures to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure and thereby promote domestic economic more powerful. The faster pace of RMB internationalization of which will play a supporting role in the economy. However, there is still a great difference between our financial strength and developed countries'. We see the achievement in the same time, more attention should be paid to some restricting factors of RMB internationalization. In view of this situation, RMB internationalization should be gradual and actively look for solutions in the process of promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. This paper firstly through the relevant data to analyze the current situation of RMB internationalization and the development of China's industrial structure. Then associate the internationalization of RMB with China's industrial structure optimization by international trade and foreign direct investment business denominated in RMB, and analyze some restraining factors of RMB internationalization on this basis. At the last part of the article, combining with the situation of China's economic development, I attempt to put forward some proposal and countermeasures about RMB internationalization.
