摘要这几年，央行推行稳健的政策，企业很难从银行融入资金。民间借贷的出现解决了企业融资难的问题，促进了中小企业的健康发展。我国民间借贷发展的同时，也伴随着很多问题，大量借贷资金进入企业，带来巨大的风险，有可能危害到企业自身的安全。要想解决这个问题，就必须从根源入手，寻找有效的对策。45576
本文从民间借贷的历史背景、发展原因及现状入手，探究其存在的问题，提出解决问题的对策，使我国的民间借贷能进一步规范化地健康发展。

Abstract
In recent years, the central bank has implemented a prudent monetary policy, which makes it difficult for SMEs to finance from commercial banks. The rise of private lending solves the financing difficulty of SMEs and effectively promotes the development of SMEs. However, the rapid development of private lending in China also brings a lot of problems. The inflows of a lot of private capital make the enterprises face high risks. These risks may threaten the safety of the enterprises. In order to solve these problems, we must start from the root causes and find out effective solutions to the problems.
First of all, this paper explores the historical background, development causes and the current situation of private lending. Then it puts forward the solutions to the problems for the purpose of standardized and healthy development of private lending in China.
