摘要伴随科学技术的发展和经济的全球化，加工贸易渐渐成为中国对外贸易经济持续、稳定、快速发展的最主要动力，更是我国参与全球化分工的重要途径。浙江和广东作为我国主要的对外进出口贸易区域，在我国对外贸易中一直以来都起着举足轻重的作用，同时浙江省和广东省在出口加工贸易方面有着许多相同点和不同点，本文将在对国内外文献进行总结和分析的基础上，结合浙江省和广东省的实际，分析浙江省和广东省在出口加工贸易中暴露出的一些问题。围绕这些问题，本文通过介绍、分析浙江和广东的出口加工贸易现状、结构、总额等，比较分析两者的各自优势和各自的问题，进而针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策措施，并且探讨未来发展的方向。45796
