摘要纺织业作为我国的传统优势产业，自20世纪80年代以来一直是全国居首的出口产业，然而近年来我国的纺织品出口却出现了增长乏力的现象。我国的纺织品产业大多停留在低端的加工制造环节，属于劳动密集型产业，在国际上走的是低成本价格路线，面对国际上层出不穷的技术性贸易壁垒，导致纺织品成本增加，竞争力下降。因此研究技术性贸易壁垒在我国纺织品出口产业中有着十分重要的影响作用。本文在创新驱动理论对技术性贸易壁垒对纺织品出口产业的影响的基础上进行研究，以我国出口的纺织品为研究对象，首先对技术性贸易壁垒的作用机制进行理论分析，得出技术性贸易壁垒从根本上影响了产品价格，从而影响产品出口的价格和数量。为了验证技术性贸易壁垒对纺织业的影响，本文结合2003—2012年浙江纺织品出口数据，深度分析数据资料以揭示技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口的影响。分析结果显示，技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口有着一定的负面影响。为了验证创新驱动理论对技术性贸易壁垒的影响，引用了浙江永通集团突破技术性贸易壁垒的影响走向成功的案例进行分析，从而的出，创新驱动理论可以有效地规避技术性贸易壁垒，实现企业的创收。最后基于创新驱动理论，提出策略来减轻技术性贸易壁垒对纺织品出口产业的影响。58243

Abstract：Textile industry is a traditional advantage industry of our country, since the 80’s of 20th Century it has been the nation's leading export industry, but in recent years, China's textile exports appears growth sagging. China's textile industry is still in the low-endmanufacturing processing, which belongs to the labor-intensive industries, in the international go low cost is the price line, facing the world emerge in an endless stream of technical barriers to trade in textiles, increased costs, declining competitiveness. Therefore, study on the influence of technical barriers to trade on the export of China's textile industry has become particularly important. Research on the influence of innovation driven theory of technical barriers to trade on the export of textile industry based on China's exports of textiles, is selected as the research object, firstly, the mechanism of technical barriers to trade are analyzed, the influence of technical barriers to trade the price of the products from the root,thus affecting the price and quantity of the products export. In order to verify the influence of technical barriers to trade on textile industry from 2003 to 2012,，this paper Zhejiang exporttextiles for data analysis, to reveal the effect, technical barriers to trade on our textile export results show, have a negative impact of technical barriers to trade on China's textile exports.
