摘要：随着我国经济的稳定发展，经济形势持续走好，对外经济贸易总量不断增加，为了我国对外经贸的进一步发展，推动人民币成为世界贸易结算的主要货币是我国经济发展的必由之路，符合我国经济的核心利益，也是我国成为一个经济大国的必由之路。对外经贸中，采用人民币结算有利于企业规避汇率风险，减少汇兑成本，极大地促进了我国和贸易国的经济发展，对维护地区金融稳定，为世界贸易结算货币的多样化作出了重要的贡献，2008年的金融危机促进了我国境外人民币结算的进程，目前人民币结算的问题主要是，境外人民币回流受阻、投资渠道狭小，人民币汇率形成机制严重影响境外人民币结算的普及。文章提出完善人民币境外投资渠道和回流机制，完善人民币汇率形成机制和提高外贸企业创新能力，等提高境外人民币结算的措施，促进人民币的国际化。48516
