摘要与近几年呈下降趋势的跨境出口电商不同,跨境电子商务的进口业务近几年的年增速都在30%左右,各地自贸区和保税仓库的建立、新政策的出台,都为跨境电商创造了良好的发展环境,各种跨境电商平台层出不穷,不仅原本的电商巨头阿里巴巴、京东、亚马逊等纷纷加入,一些新的小品牌洋码头、小红书、蜜芽等小品牌也纷纷出现抢占市场。49239
本篇论文主要就跨境电商最近几年的发展情况和其中存在的问题进行研究,首先查阅最新的资料,总结出我国跨境电商起步比较晚,但是近几年表现优异,发展很快,在规模和结构方面都已经发展到了世界前列的水平。此外,还对亚马逊、天猫国际和洋码头这三个具有代表性的跨境电商进行案例分析,得出我国跨境电商在物流、法律系统完善、售后服务等方面都存在问题。最后对这些问题提出解决方案。

Research on the Development of Cross-border Electricity Suppliers in China
Abstract
In recent years the annual growth rates of cross-border electronic commerce import business are at about 30%, which is different from the downward trend of the export of cross-border business. The establishment of FTAs and bonded warehouses and the publishment of new policies have created a good environment for the development of cross-border business. A large variety of cross-border business platforms have been set up. Previous e-commerce giants Alibaba, Jingdong, and Amazon have joined in, and some new brands such as Ymatou, Little Red Book, and Mia have appeared to seize the market.
This paper studies the development and existing problems of the cross-border business in recent years. First of all, summarize the development of cross-border business in recent years, China's cross-border business started relatively late, but in recent years it has grown very rapidly, the development of scale and structure has quickly ranged into the world top level. In addition, this paper also includes case analysis on Amazon, lynx and international ocean pier , these are the representative of cross-border business, then draws a conclusion that there exist some problems in the logistics, the improvement of the legal system, and after-sales service in China's cross-border business. Finally, put forward the solution to these problems.
