摘要随着我国金融创新工作的不断推进，金融机构犹如雨后春笋般快速增长，各大机构之间的竞争也是愈演愈烈。而在现时期，我国的银行体系也在逐步完善，除国有商业银行以及政策性银行以外，我国还建立了城市商业银行、农村商业银行、农村合作银行等中小银行。这些中小银行如何在强手如林的银行业生存下去且立于不败之地是一个很值得探讨的问题。近几年，随着国家对新农村建设进程的不断推进、农村合作银行的改制，农村金融市场在逐步扩大，各类商业银行也将更多的关注放在农村金融上。因此，本文以农村商业银行为例，进一步剖析各地区农村商业银行的竞争力水平。而现如今，国内外对于农村商业银行竞争力的研究还不是很多，大多数人把目光聚集在研究国有银行的竞争力上，从而忽略了这个热点话题。基于此，本文试图用比较分析的方法，构建农村商业银行竞争力评价指标体系，来衡量我国农村商业银行的竞争力水平，并对如何提高农村商业银行竞争力提出个人的一些意见和看法。49656

Analysis on the Competitiveness of RuralCommercial Banks
Abstract With the continuous progress of China's financial innovation and the rapid rise offinancial institutions, the competition among the major organizations is increasinglyfierce. At present, China's banking system is also gradually improved apart from thestate run commercial banks and policy banks. China has also established citycommercial banks, rural commercial banks, rural cooperative banks and so on. Howthese small and medium banks stand in an invincible position in the competition, is aquestion that worth exploring.Recent years, with the gradual improving of socialist new rural work, and thereform of rural cooperative banks, rural financial market is gradually expanding andattracting the attention of a variety of commercial banks. Therefore, this paper takesthe rural commercial banks for an example, and analyzes the competitiveness of ruralcommercial banks deeply. Now, the domestic and foreign research about the ruralcommercial banks is not too much. Most people are on the competitiveness ofstate-owned banks, thus ignoring the hot topics. Therefore, this paper tries to uses themethod of comparative analysis to construct our country’s rural commercial bankcompetitiveness evaluation index system, and to measure the level of competitivenessof China Rural Commercial Bank, and give some personal opinions on how toimprove the competitiveness of rural commercial bank.
