摘要：随着经济的日益发展，融资已经成为企业成长运营必不可少的重要组成部分。良好的融资状况对于企业，尤其是企业的扩张发展，经营盈利有着举足轻重的作用。因此，企业的融资渠道和成本就成为了十分值得关注和探讨的问题。从供需角度来看，尽管分析银行等金融机构贷款给企业的意愿及程度显得非常重要，但是首先必须了解资金的需求方——企业当前的融资结构，了解企业的各种资金来源的组合关系。揭示企业的融资行为特征，以使商业银行在较充分了解其借款方的基础上，控制风险，按市场规律向其提供资金资助。49984

我们选择企业相对集中的常熟作为调查对象。就常熟而言，城市内资中企业数量众多，并且以传统制造业为主。例如纺织，服装，印刷，化工，机械等。就个人看来，以常熟为例对研究我国经济发达地区中小企业融资问题有较好的代表性。

We choose the small and medium-sized enterprise relativing concentration of changshu as the object of investigation. In terms of changshu, numerous cities in the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, and give priority to with traditional manufacturing. Such as textile, clothing, printing, chemicals, machinery, etc. On a personal point of view, in changshu for example to research our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems developed economic regions have better
