摘要：在我国波澜壮阔的证券市场中，B股市场的存在无疑是个特例，逐渐地从辉煌走向衰落。与A股市场相比，B股市场存在着流动性差、规模小、收益低等问题，严重影响投资者投资B股的积极性。所以我国B股市场的未来之路到底该何去何从还一直是个难题。本文从B股市场的历史发展进程和现状出发，发现其一直以来存在的问题，并结合B股市场这几年来的改革实例探寻我国沪深B股市场的发展出路，同时通过对B股市场合并或改造、功能重新定位等问题进行深入论述，提出了关于B股市场发展的一些思路。B股市场的改革方式比较多，无论哪种方式也都有成功的案例，但是沪深B股市场是一个复杂庞大的系统，其中的每个上市公司都有其个性，而且沪市和深市也各有区别，所以面对问题的多重性现在并还没有一种一劳永逸的方法，但不可否认的是以改革寻找出路是必须的。51178

Research on the Outlet of Shanghai-Shenzhen B-share Market Development
Abstract: In domestic magnificent stock markets, B-share is a special existence. It experiences from glory to declination gradually. Comparing with A-share market, B-shares has several problems such as illiquid, small scale and low profit, which influence the motivation of investors. Hence, the future of B-share market is an issues. This essay starts from discussing B-share’s historical process and its current situation in order to find the long-term existing issues, then combine the reform examples to explore the development future of B-share market. Meanwhile, it proposes some outlets through the discussion on the combination or reformation, function relocation of B-share market. Owing to find the optimal development path of B-share market. It is found that the reform ways of B-share are various; no matter in which way, there have successful cases. However, Shanghai-Shenzhen B-share market is a complex system, Shanghai share market and Shenzhen share market have differences; companies involved in also have their own characters. Therefore, there are no permanent solutions for the persity of those issues; reformation is imperative.

一、引言
在我国经济力量的不断增强大背景下，初建B股市场引进外资支持经济高速发展的任务基本落下帷幕。现如今的B股市场早已不在具有强大的融资力量，流通股价低廉，利润回报低，活力不再。虽然B股市场由于种种原因未来堪忧，但B股市场还现有着为数不多家的上市公司，其中也有公司颇为优秀，尽管B股市场的投资资源单一但是一些回报率不错的投资种类仍然吸引了不少投资者。在2015年4月10日交易股票全线涨停之后，B股板块的表现还意犹未尽，4月13日继续全线上涨高峰，再度逼近全线的涨停，4月15日B股指数创下境内个人住民可以投资B股以来的新高，截至收盘，该指数报收390.46点，涨幅0.57%，走势大好。但B股市场的发展总是起起伏伏，在2016年4月B股市场大幅震荡，沪市B全周下跌3.24%，深圳B股则全周下跌3.44%。这般波动的局势下B股市场到底该何去何从？ 我国沪深B股市场的发展出路研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_54727.html
