摘要随着经济全球化、金融一体化的发展，我国商业银行面临的金融环境日新月异，为了在国际经济环境中取得更好的发展，并且提升我国在国际上的竞争力，我国商业银行目前急需在经营战略方面做出调整，转变现有经营模式。现阶段，对商业银行模式的划分有两类：分业经营和混业经营。近年来，采用混业模式的商业银行数量不断增多。我国目前以分业经营为主，还没有完全达到混业经营模式，故如何实现从分业经营管理模式到混业经营管理模式的转变，引起争议。因此，本文结合我国商业银行的现状，分析其经营模式，找出最优模式。51612

Reengineering Our Commercial Bank Management Model

Abstract

With economic globalization, development and financial integration, China's commercial banks face the ever-changing financial environment, in order to achieve better development in the international economic environment and enhance our competitiveness in the international arena, China's commercial banks is urgently needed in the business strategies to make adjustments, change the existing business model. At this stage, the pision of the commercial bank model there are two types: separated operation and mixed. In recent years, the number of commercial banks using Mixed mode is increasing. China's current points-based business operators, not yet fully reached the mixed mode, it is how to achieve the transition from the separate management model to manage mixed mode, causing controversy. Therefore, this paper, the status quo of China's commercial banks to analyze their business model, find the optimal mode.
