摘 要：本文阐述了环保产业在宜兴的发展背景，发展现状，分析其成功的要素及发展中出现的问题。论证了政府政策、人力资源、企业创新以及社会现状等对于环保产业的影响，得出宜兴环保在未来的发展过程中要特别注意发挥自身的地域优势，同时企业要进行正确定位，及时更改指导思想，引入一大批优质的国内外人才，加大创新力度，更要针对企业自身需要有针对性的培养专业人才，努力提升产品的科技含量，政府对于环保产业的发展要加大政策支持。53797

Abstract: This paper expounds the development background and the development status of the environmental protection industry, and analyses the factors of its success and problems in it .At the same time, it demonstrates how the government policy, human resources, enterprise innovation and social status affect the environmental protection industry in Yixing. Then we come to a conclusion that in order to make the future development of environmental protection industry in Yixing smoothly ,the policymaker of enterprise must pay special attention to exert regional advantages meanwhile they should find correct position, change the guiding ideology timely, not only employ a large number of high-quality domestic and foreign talents, increase innovation and improve the technological content of products , but also to their own need to train professionals. The government should increase policy support for the development of environment protection industry.

1 引言
工业文明的进步引导人类社会快速发展,却也带来了工业污染、生态破坏和生物多样性减少等问题,可持续发展面临窘境。到了20世纪70年代，环保的思潮开始涌现,随之出现的是大量有关环境保护的技术和产品。在21世纪,环保产业成为最具有前景的新兴产业之一。中国作为一个发展中国家,人口众多,资源相对贫乏，在全球化的国际贸易中，处境相当尴尬：第一，中国社会尚处于工业化的中后期，在此期间，重化工业呈现加速增长的态势。到2010年，重工业占工业总产值比重达71.4%，重化工业对环境会产生比较严重的负面作用；第二，跨国生产网络和垂直分工使中国处于全球价值链的底端；第三，由于中国经济的快速增长必然使得其在国际社会中要承担更多的责任，包括生态环境的重建和维护[1]。所以,发展环保产业是必然的选择。 宜兴市环保产业发展现状与对策探讨:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_57956.html
