1  引言

农村经济的发展，农民生活水平的提高都影响着我国的经济。在十八届三中全会中，明确指出了今后五年我国的经济发展的方向和行动纲领，更是提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大的历史任务。如皋市为了贯彻的方针，给自己拟定了一个关于农村经济发展的核心任务，就是调整农村经济结构的战略性，但是无论是将剩余劳动力转移到农村，还是调整农村的生产结构，都需要巨额的资产、大量的再投入，没有金融支持是无法完成的。

长期以来，农村的金融支持促进了农村经济的持续发展。虽然如皋市取消了农村优惠利率贷款政策，但仍然要求农商行对贫苦用户和贫苦地区的农村企业发放低息贷款，财政对农商行给予贴息。目前，如皋市的农村经济发展依然无法从金融支持上得到满足。如皋市农村居民和农村中小企业的需求不能达到满足的情况未能得到根本的改善。在此背景下，本文通过对如皋市农村经济发展中的金融支持的研究，希望对如皋市的农村经济发展做出具有现实意义的贡献. 如皋市农村经济发展中的金融支持研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_59547.html
