淮安市产业结构发展研究

摘要:本文基于淮安2004-2013年的淮安国内生产总值数据，通过分析三大产业的生产总值增长图表，并结合淮安当前经济发展，总结出淮安产业结构现状为：第一产业比重不断下降，第二产业比重基本稳定，第三产业比重不断攀升。但是，淮安的产业结构调整中仍然存在问题。运用区位商法为淮安主导产业提供选择依据，以主导产业带动其他产业的发展。同时针对产业结构调整中出现的问题提出合理性建议。研究结果可为淮安的经济发展和产业结构调整提供建议性参考。58659

Abstract：The Huaian 2003-2013 GDP output data based on by analysis of the three major industries GDP growth charts, and combined with the current economic development in Huaian, summarized status of Huaian industrial structure: the proportion of the first industry will continue to decline, the proportion of secondary industry is basically stable, the third industry proportion rising. However, there are still problems in the adjustment of industrial structure in Huaian.. The use of location quotient to provide the basis for the selection of the dominant industries in Huaian, and to lead the development of other industries in the leading industry. At the same time for the adjustment of industrial structure in the emergence of the issue of reasonable suggestions. The results of the research can provide reference for the economic development and industrial structure adjustment of Huaian.

1 前言

产业结构，也称国民经济的部门结构。由国民经济各产业部门之间及各产业部门内部的构成。社会生产的产业结构或部门结构是在一般分工和特殊分工的基础上产生和发展起来的。研究产业结构，主要研究生产资料和生活资料两大部类之间的关系；从部门来看，主要研究农业、轻工业、重工业、建筑业、商业服务业等部门之间的关系，以及各产业部门内部的关系。产业结构的是否合理，影响着一个城市的经济增长与发展。因此，国家不断推出产业结构优化的部署方案，正是为了促进中国各大城市的产业结构调整，达到结构优化，技术先进，清洁安全，附加值高，就业能力强[1]的目标。

本文基于2004-2013年淮安市国内生产总值，分析总结出淮安市三大产业的总体发展趋势，再根据淮安现实发展情况，总结出淮安产业结构升级、调整中出现的问题，然后对于这些存在的问题，借鉴其他发达城市的发展经验，针对性地对此提出的参考性建议和措施，为淮安产业结构优化发展，经济又快又好的推进提供有益的借鉴。淮安市产业结构发展研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_63668.html
