摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展和国民经济结构的调整，文化产业逐步成为新的经济增长点和可持续发展的新兴产业。发展文化产业对弘扬社会主义文化，满足人民群众文化需求，推动区域经济发展具有较大的促进作用。本文从南京市文化产业发展现状进行分析，发现其存在缺乏人才支撑、文化产业政策不健全、文化产业结构不合理、文化消费市场不完善等问题，并提出了注重人才培养、强化政策支持、优化产业结构、完善文化消费市场等建议，以期对南京市文化产业发展起到一定的作用。60735

Abstract: With the rapid development of our national economy and its structural adjustment, the cultural industry has gradually become a new economic growth point as well as an emerging industry with sustainable development. Developing the cultural industries plays a driving force not only in carrying forward our socialist culture, but also meeting our people’s cultural needs and promoting regional economic development. With analyzing the current developmental situation of NJ’s cultural industry, we found some problems. For example, there are not enough talents and the policies toward the cultural industry are unsound. Besides, the structure of cultural industry is unreasonable and the cultural consumption market is imperfect, either. Therefore, it is proposed that the government should pay more attention to the talents’ training, strengthen the support towards our policy, optimize the industrial structure and improve the cultural market, hoping that these measures would play a certain role in the development of NJ’s culture industry.

1 引言
在本文研究中所引用的文化产业，按照国家课题组研究的成果将其定义为：经营一些文化生产和文化服务的行业，主要包括以下几个重点发展的文化行业，如影视制作业、文化会展业、出版业、娱乐业、动漫业、演艺业、广告产业等[1]。现阶段，由于我国市场经济的快速发展，文化产业吸收了经济、技术、文化的精髓，逐步成为可持续发展的新兴产业，伴随着其自身的高度融合性和渗透性，促使其成为了南京市新的经济增长点。文化产业不仅能带来较大的投资效益，还对城市经济结构调整、产业结构升级、区域经济发展、满足广大群众对精神文化的追求等方面发挥了至关重要的作用。因此，鼓励文化产业发展既是南京市经济发展的需要，也是整个社会人民群众的责任。南京有着浓厚的历史文化底蕴，文化资源丰富，地方特色和城市文化特色鲜明，这为南京地区产业结构升级、文化竞争力的增强、增长方式的转变以及更好更快实现小康社会打下了重要的基础。在面对新的形势和新的任务时，南京市要充分发挥自身在发展文化产业中的有利条件，将文化产业列入文化体制改革的前端，有效支持文化产业发展，实现相关产业的良性互动。本文在对南京市文化产业发展现状进行调研和分析的基础上，发现其文化产业发展在人才、政策支持方面有所欠缺，同时存在产业结构不合理，文化消费市场开发不全面等问题，并由此提出解决的对策和建议，以期给南京文化产业的发展带来较大的推动作用。 南京文化产业发展现状及对策分析:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_66276.html
