摘要：于2013年正式挂牌成立的上海自贸区是我国对外贸易的一个重要战略布局，其的成立会推动贸易、航运、金融等一系列改革，成为全国自贸区争相模仿的对象，并最终推动中国经济转型。跨境电商是我国对外贸易的一匹黑马，与连年减缓的对外贸易增速不同，跨境电商对外贸易额可谓异军突起，其高速的增长率与位于上海的上海自贸区有着密切联系。本文以跨境进口电商B2C为研究对象，用比较法，案例法等方法具体研究了上海自贸区对跨境电商的影响以及发展。62128

The influence and development of cross-border e-commerce after the establishment of Shang Free Trade Zone

Abstract：China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone was formally established in 2013. It is an important strategic layout of Chinese foreign trade, which would promote the establishment of trade, shipping, and a series of financial reforms and would be imitated by the Chinese Free Trade Zoo in other origins. Shanghai Free Trade Zone will ultimately drive Chinese economic transformation.Cross-border electricity supplier is a dark horse in Chinese foreign trade, unlike foreign trade growth slowed in recent years, foreign trade volume of cross-border electricity supplier can be described as a meteoric rise, its high-speed growth and Shanghai Free Trade Zone are closely linked.In this paper, the electricity supplier B2C cross-border imports for the study, with comparative law, case law and other methods to study the effects of specific S Shanghai Free Trade Zone cross-border electricity supplier and development.
