摘要随着我国经济改革开放的不断深入，对外贸易从疯狂到平稳发展，但随着近几年人力成本的不断上升，中国经济到了关键的转型阶段，创新型中小企业作为创业和创新的重要主体决定了创新型中小企业整体在整个中国经济转型中的重要地位。但创新型中小企业的单体弱势使其很难获取所需要的各项资源。其中融资问题成为制约创新型中小企业创新和成长最为重要的关键因素。所以，分析和探索有利于创新型中小企业的融资渠道研究和模式是如今当务之急。使创新型中小企业的各种融资需求得到满足就成为未来经济保持活力和持续增长的关键之一。本文便是以此为目的起点建立了创新型中小企业融资问题以及渠道研究的分析框架。首先介绍了何为创新型中小型企业并且将其目前所处的融资环境做了个简单的分析。接着，在描述、比较和总结我国创新型中小企业融资现状以及创新型中小企业融资结构和特征的基础上，探讨了创新型中小企业目前所处的融资环境以及融资难的影响因素。本论文以我国创新型中小企业为样本。结果表明，我国创新型中小企业在不同生命周期阶段的融资结构并不符合传统的金融成长周期理论。各种融资渠道的重要性在创新型中小企业不同成长阶段存在非常显著的差异。并且通过网络调研数据获得的对一般创新型中小企业融资特征进行调研的结果以及在各个渠道所面临的问题进行比较分析。同时本文也总结出创新型中小企业在融资结构和融资方式上与一般中小企业的差异，即在创新型中小企业的前期更偏向于以股权融资为主。而风险投资在推动创新型中小企业前期发展和成长的过程中相对一般中小企业起到了更为重要的作用。并且最后本文根据实证结果针对创新型中小企业融资难问题给出了相应的政策建议。
